This is a blog about my life and about traveling. My goal is to inspire others to travel to expand their way of thinking.

Extrovert//
“Definition: Most people believe that an extrovert is a person who is friendly and outgoing. While that may be true, that is not the true meaning of extroversion. Basically, an extrovert is a person who is energized by being around other people. This is the opposite of an introvert who is energized by being alone.
Extroverts tend to “fade” when alone and can easily become bored without other people around. When given the chance, an extrovert will talk with someone else rather than sit alone and think. In fact, extroverts tend to think as they speak, unlike introverts who are far more likely to think before they speak. Extroverts often think best when they are talking. Concepts just don’t seem real to them unless they can talk about them; reflecting on them isn’t enough. “

Also something from a book I was reading called Body Language by Susan Quillam
“Physiologists now believe that there is an actual physical difference between the nervous systems of these two personality types. Introverts are more easily stimulated by interaction and so reach saturation point more quickly; extroverts are less easily stimulated and need more personal contact to feel satisfied.”

With that in mind, I sort of understand why I’ve felt so…. unstimulated. I feel like I haven’t had an adrenalin rush in awhile or felt really “alive.” I felt little spurts of it while I was taking my hip hop class, esp while I was hanging out with friends from that class. Compared to SD, I’m not in as many social situations where I can just hangout with people. Being out of school is such a different playing field. I have friends here in the bay too, but only a few, and they’re all working/busy with their own lives. As mentioned above.. I’ve been “fading.”
Sorry but online videos of streaming netflix is not enough for me.
What I need to do is be patient. I just need to suck it up for a year which is the time it’ll take me to save up money to go off on my next adventure or take the next step in life.
